The Response Bench

Every test sheet on this bench answers one question about a direct-response campaign for the travel trade: what an offer must say before a resort can price it, which list a mailer belongs on, what happens on the phone in the first thirty seconds, and what a booking costs at the end of the season. Sheets are written from campaign records, supplier terms and the numbers a resort keeps in its own book, then filed under one of four stations, and each sheet carries the date it was last run.
